Je n'arrive pas à monter les rallonges et les axes centraux d'entraînement moteur glissent, je suis allé consulter Utube pour plus d'info et mon impression d'avoir fait un mauvais achat est confirmée dans une démo...

Bonjour, Sur cet outil de coupe multifonction, le taille haie coupe vraiment tres tres mal. l'outil d'une manière général est lourd, mais en plus, le fait qu'il ne coupe pas, rend son utilisation vraiment pénible voir impossible pour des travaux en hauteur

I tested the various attachments to see how they function prior to putting it to work. Overall, I'm not impressed. I've only gave it two good workouts using the string trimmer and the hedge trimmer attachments to date. So far, the D-Handle (Front Handle) on the unit is basically junk. Very poorly made - broke on first use and just spins around so one can not keep the tool stable when trimming or cutting. Next, the motor dies out frequently, especially with the hedge trimmer tool attached for some reason. Motor seems to start again within reason but it should not be stopping as it does. Haven't had any time to troubleshoot the cause, but with a new tool, I expect it to work without flaw. Due to some family emergencies which consumed a lot of my time and now that snow has arrived, I likely will not be using it till spring. Therefore, it will be hard for me to give a more accurate review at this time. When comparing this Vevor tool to other tools (Stihl and Echo) I have owned for 20 or so years which are still going strong, yes the Vevor is a smaller cash outlay but the quality is not there.

My first product ordered and DO NOT BUY !! The product came faulty and when I tried to contact customer support, it was a disaster!! Basically, do not buy any VEVOR product because the built quality is bad and no customer support !

Second time of use not working can't get it to start not sure what's going on trying to contact service not being able to upload the pictures

unfortunately I can't say if it works good because it came to me broken, the fuel filter case is made of absolute cheap plastic that was snapped right off. I've been trying to get a part or refund from this company since the day I got it and I've got nothing but back and forth nonsense from them with no actual help. Received and components, except PPE, seemed of good quality. Used once with hedge trimmer. 3 months later tried to start. Woudn't start. Went through diagnostic routines from manual. Indication is that it is a bad magneto module. After going through a less than logical (and not easy to find) process to write a service ticket, and getting a request for a picture/video, I'm waiting for disposition. Request for picture/video is odd. It won't start. Picture cant show anything and I'm alone so I'm not going to hire a cameraman to film me trying to start the trimmer and it not starting. Concerned as reviews for Vevor customer service don't seem too good.
