Customer Reviews for VEVOR 15.7-inch 26CC 2 Cycle Gas Hedge Trimmer, Gas Powered Pole Hedge Trimmer with Dual Sided Dual Action Blade, 270° Adjustable Trimmer Head, Suitable for Trimming Shrubs, Bushes

Recicieved my stuff today and it came in a damaged boxed opened it up and there were 3 things broken safty glasses, ear muffler ear protection, and face screen protector were broken hopefully everything else works everything looks cheap but hopfully it all works good. All the styrofoam in box looked crushed also Other then these broken items everything is here

For the value it is great machine some parts need to be better made all of the attachment locking springs broke after the 3rd use. Have to find better quality to continue to use outside of that definitely recommend people to buy.

The price is crazy low for a machine with all of these attachments, but there are a couple of problem areas that you need to be aware of. 1. The 'safety equipment' that comes with the machine is absolute junk and the harness is a joke. On the machine itself the weed wacker shroud is just snapped into place and won't last long cutting heavier brush. The saw blade and brush blade are paper thin and bent quickly when tackling just some young growth bush. But all of those things can be replaced with quality parts. The engine and attachments are in my estimation very good quality. Just as good as my previous Echo machine. However, you must remove and replace all of the grease nipples or you will burn out the attachments quickly. They are not NA standard. If you attach a NA grease gun to them, grease will just push out from around the nipple and not enter the attachment. I wrote to Vevor with the pictures and explained all of this. After I replaced the nipples, each area took a lot of grease to fill, so I suspect they are shipped 'dry'. If you don't pregrease those attachments before you start using them, they will overheat and fail quickly. Vevor gave me a discount for my efforts identifying this problem, which was appreciated. The last point was that I asked what the adjustment knob was for on the 52cc machine, as the knob is not on any of the other smaller models. They could not tell me what it was for? Told me I could return the machine for refund? Very strange responce. So it is Buyer Beware, the price is very attractive, and I would say that for light duty use this machine should work out well over time.

Unable to fix the nut to the screw

Took about 2 hours just to install the faulty handle . Had buyers remorse 3 hours into assembly. . Asked for a refund and it took two weeks for them to reply with an email saying they would refund me half of the cost even after admitting that the product had defects . Took another two weeks to get a full refund response. Spend the extra $75 and buy a reputable brand . Customer service is an absolute joke.

Pues el envío llegó bien pero nos va a llevar tiempo probarlo. Nunca hemos usado esta herramienta y las Instrucciones NO ESTAN EN ESPAÑOL

Not a very good product if you ask me. First time using the 5 in 1 multi functional equipment it ran ok. Then the 2nd time I started using it I notice the plastic handle was broke and it tends to over heat really quickly. I don't like that the STOP button is so close to where you have to grab the trigger, it's easy to accidentally hit and it shuts off. Done that more than once! Poor chose of a safety feature if you ask me. Coukd have use a subtle small button like most weed trimmer of other major brands. It is also a bit heavier than I expected. I've also had to hardest time putting the changeable parts together, they are NOT seeded easily. I have to force the detachables together from one pole to the next but specifically the tree trimmer. Bottom line, I've used better brands!

release pins difficult to use, shaft alignment a stab in the dark?

I am very surprised by how well the engine performs for the price. Starts extremely easy first pull. The kill switch is in a bad position and very easy to accidentally turn off. I have done a lot of work with the hedge cutter and strimmer and it works well. However the hedge cutter broke, possibly a gear in the hedgecutter. Hopefully you can send me a replacement part. Very happy with the tool other than that.
