How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Major Fail Major Fail of an experience
I ordered this item as a Christmas gift for my for my Husband, I had it shipped to my son's home so the surprise wouldnt be ruined. The delivery company claimed to have delivered and provided a photot of said delivery. And even after providing both Vevor and Ontrac their own photos of proof showing that it wasn't eve a Vevor package and that it wasn't our mailbox I still have not been able to get anyone from either company to address the no delivery of the item. They now have marked the order delivered and ticket satisfied. Trust me I am not satisfied.

Adam I Khan Stopped working after 4 small holes
I drilled 4 small 16mm holes only 6mm thick metal and on the 4th hole the drill stopped & does not turn on anymore.
I'm contacting customer service for a warranty replacement. Not too certain if this is a good product.
