Am achiziționat acest sistem acum un an și deja s-au stricat Când am desfăcut să văd ce nu funcționează,am constatat că sistemul este de 5 kw și nu de 8 kw cum am comandat și plătit, iar bujia incandescentă nu a rezistat decât un an.

Nous avons acheté cet appareil comme chauffage d’appoint pour notre camping-car. À notre grande surprise, une fois branché, rien ne fonctionne. Pensant à une erreur de notre part, nous avons consulté des groupes et réseaux spécialisés : tout le monde nous a confirmé que l’installation était correcte. Une personne très aimable est même venue chez nous pour le brancher à nouveau, mais malgré cela, l’appareil ne fonctionne toujours pas. Lorsque nous avons contacté Vevor pour signaler le problème, ils nous ont demandé des photos et des vidéos, que nous avons envoyées. Depuis, aucune solution : ni remboursement, ni remplacement de l’appareil, alors que nous sommes bien sûr prêts à renvoyer le produit défectueux. Situation très décevante.
