Bought the unit to mount it on my tool and cuttrer grinder to give me much more flexibility and T&C capability. Only used the dividing head a few times and all appears to work as functioned and as I need it to do. Quality is fine. The tilting head allows me another degree of alignment that makes the T&C grinder able to cope with angles of sharpening tapered step drills and the like. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

I bought this indexing device to mill an octagon rifle barrel and it worked excellent for that purpose. I think it will come in handy for a lot of mill projects in the future. Thanks

It is a good product that can be adjusted. I couldn't remove the universal play, the play was between 1-2 degrees, because the screw defective and inside - it barely came out... photo: screw.jpg and inside.jpg With a tap and die M20 die 1.5 mm I solved the problem and it works very well. picture: tap.jpg I put a material so that the screw goes hard. Très satisfait de ce diviseur mandrin a ébavurer mais gros problème de transport avec colissimo voir photo (préférez ups les colis arrivent en bon état)

Cercavo un'attrezzatura che fungesse da posizionatore per forature e lavorazioni di fresatura in angolazioni difficili da realizzare con supporti generici. Quando ho incrociato su internet questa offerta, ho valutato a colpo d'occhio il grado di finitura e lavorazione di questo divisore e sono passato subito all'acquisto. Non mi ero sbagliato: il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo, forse il mandrino è di fattura più modesta ma valido comunque. Io poi ho realizzato un supporto morsa (come dalla foto), che si avvitasse al posto del mandrino per ottenere la possibilità di fissare pezzi non solo cilindrici. Alla fine si è in grado di posizionare un elemento variando la sua posizione su tre assi. MOLTO SODDISFATTO
