I've been using this for a few years now. Two of them the machine has been exposed to the weather on a frequent basis. The durability is excellent. It works great on Romax type wire. If you get much bigger or smaller it struggles. My primary complaint is that wire jumps out of the track any time there's the slightest kink in the wire. Attaching a drill works, but it's not especially elegant.. . There might be an adapter I long ago lost, but to get it to work I had to use a hex bit to turn the stripper. Which is a bit awkward, but it works. The 4 star is mostly for durability. Given the miles of wire I've stripped and the weather extremes this stripper has endured I had to give it a good rating.

Takes a little practice to get adjustment and technique right. Found it too difficult to coordinate when powering with drill. Slow hand cranking and feeding/guiding wire in by hand worked best for me on 1.5mm sq to 6mm sq with 3-hole gate removed. No doubt that with increasing use and trial and error I will get the best out of this machine. Hoping Vevor may come up with a re-sharpening gadget for the blade or offer spare blades?

This little machine has made stripping cable so easy compared to doing it manually. Once you get used to how it work it's a doddle and will pay for itself very quickly. I have stripped cable with this in 4 hours that would have taken me days to do. Don't think about it "BUY IT"

I bought this machine as I was accumulating a bit of cable from my job and stripping it by hand, as you can imagine it started to build up faster than I was stripping it. At the price I paid I wasn't holding a lot of hope for it if I'm honest.....I was wrong, this thing is amazing if you are, like me, a part time scrap collector. A lot less messy than stripping with a knife too. Fully recommended!.....although, a spare blade or 2 would be a good addition.

The best machine ever used to cut. Easy to maintenance, make sharp, and clean. Fully safety. Price worthed. Highly recommended. Thank you.
