This hose works well and retracts fine, the attachments are of reasonable quality, and the overall build quality seems good. There are 2 minor issues in my opinion. 1- the bracket needs to be about 10mm deeper from the wall so the unit can sit flush when not in use. It sits out which is frustrating. 2- The hose connector at the attachment end is not an auto stop one, so if the attachment comes off your left running to turn the tap off. For the minimal amount extra it's a shame the manufacturer didn't use one. Having said that I will make a block to go behind the bracket and put my own adapter on.👍👍

Great hosepipe which is easy to fix to the wall so it’s out of reach of the dog who chewed the last one! Long enough to use the full length of the garden back and front. Reels back in itself when you’ve finished. (Just a pity we now have a hosepipe ban in effect!)

So far very good product , fixed on wall today and very easy to use , no winding hose up with a handle

This hose reel is perfect, it’s compact compared to most others, works really well and no real issues with it. This is infact my second one as the original came damaged, it was smashed in the box from what appears to have been a height. No problem though as it was replaced two days later. Really pleased with that. It’s also both wall mounted or stand alone hence win, win. My only concern is that the fixing bracket to the wall is plastic but to be fair it seems strong enough once mounted and my only design observation is that the fixing holes in the bracket could have been elongated to allow for horizontal adjustment to make leveling easier. Can recommend this product.
