In the description for this product it mentions 32 inch as the minimum height dimension. In the product size it states minimum of 34.6 inches. For the application I want to use the equipment for 34.6 inches makes it to tall, can you advise what the height is to the top plate as I would use it with the top angle brackets removed as I dont need these
