Can this run with a vfd to reduce the speed for a milling machine or do I need a 380v motor?

What is the usable speed range of the spindle? For example, does it require a minimum speed for adequate cooling? Can it be run at 400Hz/24k RPM if the load is kept below 2KW?

It can, but not recommended for a long time. The speed range is 0-18000rpm, minimum speed 12,000rpm, but the temperature will rise.
