How much sealing time and power setting for 38mm IHS lids?

Hi! What power setting is best for 89mm, and how much time to start? Like even a range! I don't have any idea which to set first and change which one to test. What can I start with, and what should I change first? Burning the foam. not applying the foil. not working... thanks!

Sealing time: 1.2 seconds. Power setting :600W.

can this be used to seal when the seal is incorporated into a metal lid. the Bottle is MDPE /HDPE

The metal cover will conduct heat and cannot directly participate in the sealing. You need to press a plastic cover to seal on the aluminum foil. After the sealing is completed, you can remove the plastic cover and screw on the metal cover.
