HI, Does this have locking pins that will lock behind the heel of the forks when it is fully into the platform?

It does not have a locking pin but is equipped with a safety chain to bind the safety cage to the forklift.

those are the pins to lock the sides together.

I have fixed forks What is the widest fork width this will fit into? Mine is 35 3/8 across at widest part of forks

Surely it can fit in as the cage's maximum width is 36inch.
