So easy to assemble! Screw it to the floor or you'll be dumping the juice you worked hard to extract. Easy to wash and clean,too. Follow the directions and you'll be fine. I tried to cheat and just do a rough chop on my apples, but it didn't extract anything. Ran them through the food processor and was able to extract all the lovely cider to turn into my first ever batch of hard cider. Kept all the apple "meat" to cook with some steel cut oats and turn into a main ingrediant for other recipes. Win- win!

Die Presse wurde sehr schnell verschickt und war sehr gut verpackt. Sie macht einen absolut robusten und wertigen Eindruck. Heute habe ich die Presse zum ersten Mal verwendet. Habe damit die Maische von roten Weinbeeren ausgepresst. Nach der Pressung war die Maische absolut trocken, so sollte es sein. Bin total zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis.
