I bought the 6" burger press by mistake as I really wanted a 5", that said it makes a brilliant burger & very quickly too. Will buy the 5" when back in stock.
The delivery was within one week so no complains from me on this one.

Really love this product. Quick and easy. My only complaint is cleaning under the hopper which holds the patty. Other than that I'm extremely pleased so far. Made about 15 burgers in less than 10 minutes. Took longer to actually portion the meat than to form the burger. Could easily make a six oz burger or more. I did 4.5 oz Patty's. I have the 4" press it's completely adequit for my needs.

I still want the real deal, but this one works for now, takes a little practice and adjusting, piston seems to be tight at first, but once it breaks in, it runs smoothly, prior to inserting meat rub it with some oil or butter and work the piston up and down. Air inside makes it tight, so go easy, it worries me that if something breaks won't be able to fix it, don't know if spare parts are available, something to consider. If seller reads this, please clarify if parts are available for purchase if something breaks. Other than that work fine, makes 7oz patties and cleans easily.

Finally, get the burgers you want. Get the dimension you want and a nice, uniform thickness without having to buy the bland pre-packaged store version. This little machine also makes it easy to mix whatever you want into the meat for flavoring. Highly recommended.
