Dust and bird mess just wipe straight off the coated surface. I hose it down once a month and there’s no peeling or colour fading after repeated cleaning. Very little upkeep needed.

No awkward stretching required to fit my existing metal carport frame. Side walls fasten firmly with velcro strips. The five-panel zipper front opens wide enough to drive my full-size SUV inside easily.

My original cover faded and split after two years. This VEVOR one fits my 10x20 frame exactly. The PE fabric feels thick, and the PU coating keeps rain out completely. All bungees and eyelets are included, I fitted it on my own in around an hour. Way better value than expensive branded replacements.

I thought I’d need to buy extra straps separately, but every ball bungee came with the cover. The aluminium eyelets are smooth and strong, no sharp edges to rip the tarp. Double zips on the side doors make getting to the car super easy.

Held up about a year

Good replacement for cover that was deteriorating due to age - but a couple of caveats. First the good. The material looks to be as sturdy as the original, maybe a bit better. It fit without any real issues, installed by myself in about 3 hours with only a bit of help to get the top over the frame. Minor items: The original had zip doors on both ends, this one only has the door on the front - doesn't bother me much but might to someone. Also no windows on the sides, actually a benefit since it makes the side simpler and more solid. The original had grommets for guy lines to attach to the frame, where this cover has nylon webbing loops at the corners for the guys - but no provision for guys along each side which make the structure far more stable. Was able to route the guys between the side & top panels so a minor annoyance. More significant: The original cover had Velcro on each side panel to attach it to the two middle vertical frame supports, this one did not. That probably makes the cover more likely vulnerable to strong winds. The original cover had Velcro at the corners where the sides joined the front and back panels, this one did not. The result is that the corners are not nearly as resistant to rain, bugs, etc. The zippers for the door opening are about the same as the original cover - i.e. puny and likely to fail. A beefier zipper would have been much appreciated. So why 4 stars with all these caveats? For the price it is a reasonable replacement value but it could be much better.

I live right by the sea with constant strong gusts. The tightly spaced grommets let me secure every edge down firmly. There’s barely any flapping, it hasn’t slipped or torn off the frame once.

Local garden stores charge double for thinner replacement tarps. This 210g PE material feels heavy-duty. It’s been up for three months through wind and rain, no rips, splits or wear marks yet.

Only tiny tip: don’t drag it across rough concrete during installation or it might scuff. Otherwise the fabric is tough, the UV coating feels durable, I will reorder when this one eventually wears out.

I leave my family van parked under this daily. The UV protective coating stops my car paint fading badly. All seams are heat sealed so there’s no drips through the joins. The velcro side panels attach tight, barely flutters even on blustery UK days.
