I really like the bread box itself—it’s not too big, has just the right depth, and was easy to assemble. The best feature is that the inner shelf height can be adjusted, which is surprisingly hard to find in similar products. However, I had to order it twice (including a replacement), and both times the acrylic door arrived with cracks. This made me suspect there might be an issue with the packaging. Although the door is covered with a thin protective sheet, the acrylic panel sits slightly raised inside a frame, and the way it’s sandwiched between other parts during shipping may be causing the damage. If the gaps had been filled with foam sheets or something similar to prevent movement, the cracks might have been avoided. I considered switching to a different product, but couldn’t find another bread box with an adjustable inner shelf. So instead, I decided to use a decorative film to cover the cracks and continue using it. Without the damage, I would have given this product five stars, but due to the packaging issue, I’m giving it four.
