Need to return this because I went cheap and didn't order it with the adjusting runners. I thought I could incorporate the existing seat runners on my Craftsman lawn tractor. It does not work. The unit looks very well built. I reordered with the runners and looking forward to enjoying a much better ride.

For sure not a one size fits all and it did take some drilling and extra spacers, but wow was it worth the effort! Made a big difference in the ride, Does add some height but thats fine with me. very well built product too.

Cutting my field was rough on the back and kidneys before upgrading with this suspension addition… Bought one for my Kubota 54” zero turn, then bought a second for my 42”…

Used on a 52” Ariens Max Zoom zero turn mower. I had to drill and modify assembly to fit properly. Once installed it worked great.

It works but don't expect a huge difference. It is all relevant to what you are use to. In my case I have a 50 in Toro timecuter and mow 3 plus acres. Some of it is pretty rough due to the rocky nature of the ground. I had been using a 3 in gell car seat pad on the stock seat andToro has 4 in springs saporting the back side of the seat. I slowed down for the rough areas because of the bumpy ride. After install which was not a walk in the park I had to isolate the rear seat springs because the worked against the new set up. After trying a few runs over the bad areas and adjusting tension I found that yes it does work but not that if any better than what I had before. I'm disappointed and now think I should have spent more and got the type with the gas shocks instead of springs but I spent so much time installing this im Done. The problem with this set up there just isn't enough travel before it bottoms out when set a soft adjustment. You can get more travel when set to a firmer ride but then you bounce more. In all it works but don't expect to much. I hope this helps. I would not buy this again but would look into the gas type of set up.

Helps smooth ride but seat bounce bottoms out on hard bumps so you have to adjust spring tension to almost maximum which in turn make ride stiffer but still a improvement over none at all.

Shipment was late , directions tell you nothing at all. Had to make spacers to make it work. That they don’t provide or tell you about. . Raises the seat at least 4 inches so if you’re tall it’s probably not good for you.. doesn’t work as good as I thought it would.
