Bonjour, J'ai bien reçu les barres de toit. Cependant, le montage s'est avéré difficile. Lors du serrage avec la clé, les extrémités se sont rétractées et se sont tordues, donc impossible à installer sur le toit. Je n'ai donc pas poursuivi, l'installation de la 2ème barre. Comment procéder ? Est il possible d'avoir un remboursement ? Un retour avec un bon de retour ? Dans l'attente de votre réponse et vous en remerciant vivement par avance, Bien cordialement

Ik heb deze aangeschaft voor onze vakantie naar Griekenland. Niet echt makkelijk te monteren en zeer luidruchtig/ fluitend en wiebelige dakdragers. Wij hebben er geen vertrouwen in dat we veilig op onze bestemming aankomen. Daarbij mag je volgens de instructies, niet harder dan 80 km per uur rijden met deze dragers. Wij zijn er erg ontevreden over!

Leider gibt es zu meiner Dachreling keinen perfekten Kontakt. Es kommt keine kraftschlüssige Verbindung zustande, da die Geometrien der Dachreling und des Dachträgers nicht zusammenpassen. Ich habe es nicht gewagt, diese Dachträger an meinem Fahrzeug zu verwenden.

Les barres produisent un sifflement dès 25km/h. L'installation, bien que simple, n'est pas particulièrement rapide.

The one release didn't work properly right out of the box. I went to take the cross bar off the vehicle and couldn't without ratcheting the tightened and pushing the release together. When doing this it pinched my thumb so hard. Other three mechanisms work 100% properly

Avoid buying from this company. They don't give you an option to return items. After sales support is bad as well. They only respond after 48 hours for every inquiry. They also don't supply spare parts in case one broke so you have to buy whole package again.

One of the straps don't work from start Most important product page doesn't say that this bars are not recommended to be used while driving more that 80km/h white assembly manual says on page one So you can't even load your car and go out of town cause highway is 110 km/h By the way they connect to car, even the bar where straps work, disconnect from roof with slight front push Not recommended to buy

Barre non adaptée à mes véhicules ils fait absolument un espace sur les barres de toits du véhicule

If it arrives broken they just ignore replacement request after getting all required pictures and info.

Mi spiace...dopo tantissimi acquisti di materiale estremamente buono e conveniente questa volta non ci siamo... il modello scelto non aveva le caratteristiche necessarie, può succedere essendo un prodotto non specifico per il mio veicolo, quindi ho fatto la richiesta di reso! Ora dopo una serie di richieste... descrizione del problema... fotografie... di nuovo descrizione del problema.... insomma sono oltre 20 giorni che sto tentando di fare il reso e ancora il pacco è a casa mia, in attesa di sviluppi!!
