Easy to assemble.Easy mounting with 2 people.Its off the ground but found that a sheet of plywood or chipboard smooths the bottom of the truck.I'm 6'5" and can stand up inside.Good to have a screen tent behind to cook and eat in.All in all very satisfied after testing out for a weekend at the beach.
