We can not get a hold of customer service. We have 2 sets of these boxes on 2 separate Chevy Silverados that the Locks and Keys will not work on.

I Didnt even get what i ordered. Took a whole week of sending videos sent to them to get my money back for one of the truck boxes ordered because they sent a home lock instead. . The other box received wasn't for my truck so i had to modify it my self because the would refund me or send the right product. Very frustrating experience. Never again will i buy a product from vevor

I wouldn’t recommend Vevor as the customer service is awful. Ordered a box for my sons 1500 for Christmas and got one for a f150 still sitting here as they won’t return a phone call. What a joke!!!!

not lockable
No point including a key because it isn't needed. Lock rotates open whether key is inserted or not. Their response is that it will stay closed whether locked or not. I guess securing the contents is not important although it could easily be popped open with a flathead. They offered a $20 refund which I accepted as customer service rep is someone in India or China and trying to communicate wasn't worth the hassle. First and last Vevor purchase.

Don’t buy
Great idea but I only had it about half full and the bracket bent fell off the truck not worth the money. I only gave it 1 star because it is a good idea. It needs a better way to attach to the box of the truck
