How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

I'm sure its a good jack and will install soon but you left out the wire lock pin. I would return it but need the darn thing so I guess I'm off the Lowes to get one. Do better

Big MARK Great jack!
Very nice trailer jack and half the price of others. It comes with a grease fitting on the jack for easy maintenance. It has the extendable / removable landing shoe that included the locking pin. The handle is very solid and extremely smooth when operating. Shipped and arrived in a timely manner. Buy with confidence.

Smooth like butter, perfect jack! It held up my trailer that had heavy ass shelving, worth the price!
