How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.

I am very pleased with this product in every way. It arrived ahead of scheduled delivery and I was impressed with the packaging and protection of same. I am happy with the quality of the product, from the heavy gauge steel (thicker than most others), full length piano hinges as well as the fit and finish.
Functional and simple design, easy installation - looking forward to may years of trouble-free service from this product. :-)

Very happy with this product. One challenge is the numbers on the combination lock are very small and very difficult to read.

Katja Moreels Goed product, slecht verpakt.

Product was very good. Be aware, this company does not want you to send the product back if the product simply does not fit your application. Their own words " returning the product will be very difficult".

Umm . It does the job suggested,,,,,,,collect mail....BUT..... No thermal break , so maybe winter condensation issues . The external metal door flap X 2 catch the wind ( noisy ) . Also the external box corners unwelded ( potential for water ingress ) . Internal number code locking door handle twist access , cheap . It'll do but overpriced & modifications required . Good job I live here & handy to apply said upgrades to make useful . Thanks but no thanks for extra DIY project .
