Customer Reviews for VEVOR Swimming Pool Ladder, 4-Step Double Handrails Stair, Non-slip Thickened Heavy Duty Steps, Load Capacity 300 lb, for 48-54 In Inground & Above-ground Pools of Any Deck Surface Indoor & Outdoor

Be careful, the pole will lift up and out as you descend it into your pool. Fortunately the pool isn’t too deep that you’d get hurt when you fall, but it did cause us to fall. On the other hand, it’s the only ladder I could find that fit nicely inside the pool.

Follow the directions slowly and cautiously. One mistake and we can't get it back apart to get it right. It's going to break if we keep trying.

The stairs are great But the Handles are not..Very loose

We had a couple issues with the stairs. One they kind of float away, even though we put the sand in as recommended. And the bottom stair keeps disconnecting. We filled like four milk jugs with sand to help. Keep it keep it down.

The whole thing snaps together, except for a few screws to hold the railing in place, which isn't a bad thing, but the whole back section with the top step, detached from the section with the three bottom steps while it was in the pool. Feels pretty sturdy though when it's together. I think it may come apart again with more use. I need to figure out a way to prevent that, which I shouldn't have to do. Shipping was very fast, a couple days. It looks nice, but I can't give it more stars unless the design of it gets updated.

It should come with plugs for the holes you put the sand in so it doesn't get in the pool when you drop them in the water and there should be a kit they sale to make it the 4 step style incase someone changes their mind and wants the steps a little taller if wanted without having to purchase the whole set of the 4 steps

Nothing fit together properly, not enough screws included. Instructions were terrible. No plugs included for the holes that you fill with sand. Very upset with purchase.
