Customer Reviews for VEVOR Storage Shelves, 2000 lbs, 5 Tier Heavy Duty Garage Shelving, 16" D x 36" W x 72" H Adjustable Metal Shelves for Industrial Shelving Unit Utility Shelf, for Kitchen, Warehouse, Basement, Black

When I received the item, I opened the box and started putting the shelves together. During this I noticed I had not received one of the upright post. Filled a ticket and was informed they could not get one out from China warehouse cause it was their holiday and wouldn't be open for another three weeks. I went ahead and ordered another set and was no issues. Good quality and decent shipping time. But the upright post from the original order never arrived. I received a message that they could refund $25 and I could try and locate one locally. I'm a business owner and do not have time to be trying to find a simple piece that should have been able to be handled getting me one easily.

Can’t use they didn’t send a part to build top shelf 😡
