Its not as thick as the clear 11 mill from pool supplies. The description of the thickness isn't correct for the material.

8 mil my Aunt Fanny! What a piece of SH*T. I have bubble wrap that is heavier weight than this solar cover. I was hooked by the price tag, but as they say... You get what you pay for. I'll use it but I bet it won't last the summer.

very thin, no aluminum insulation, not reserving the heat. I throwed it away after one season, purchased something else.

Have ordered a number of items from Vevor over the last several years. I don't have high expectations and I am typically satisfied. The pool cover that I ordered was my first horrible experience. Ordered a 16x32 cover for my 16x32 pool. received a box that was labeled 16x32 pool cover. Put cover in my pool, unfolded it and it was 14x28. Does not help me at all. The true disappointment can with customer service. They asked for photos which I provided. Stated that they would be in touch shortly. Two days later, I received a statement that the issue is considered closed. No new cover. No refund. I ordered a new cover and it arrived today. It is 16x32 from an American company. Caveat Emptor!

Je n'ai jamais reçu cette commande là ,elle a été égarée ou volée . j 'ai été remboursé mais j'ai dû la recommander un mois et demi plus tard je n'ai pas eu de compensation pour cette mésaventure !

Hallo Vertrieb, um es gleich vorweg zu nehmen: nach dem Zuschneiden und Einbau der Folie haben wir diese umgehend entfernt, weil sie für den vorgesehenen Einsatz unbrauchbar ist. Zum Einsatz: Auf einer Länge von ca. 10,3 m wird die Folie unter Wasser auf ein 60mmD Rohr aufgewickelt. Auf der Oberfläche treibend sollte dann durch Abwickeln der Pool geschlossen werden. Aus den Bildern ging nicht sofort hervor, daß die Noppen Kegel und keine zylindrische Form haben. Auch wegen der geringen Höhe reichte der Auftrieb bei weitem nicht aus um einen strammen Wickel auf der Welle unter Wasser zu erzeugen. Ausserdem ist sie erheblich zu hart. Beim Abwickel der Folie lösen sich die Wickel von der Innenseite zwar auf, aber nicht vollständig, so daß ein "Unterwickeln" in die andere Richtung geschieht. Ein elektrisches Betrieb über die Wasseroberfläche war leider nicht möglich. Mfg E.Faesecke

The blanket was supposedcto be 28x14. It was about 4 feet short, and 2 feet to thin.

it is so heavy and the air bubble are so small that it doesn't float. I can't speak for the longevity because I have only been using it for 4 months. I am about to throw it away because it keeps sinking and getting sucked into the skimmer, which causes a loss of water to the pump.
