Customer Reviews for VEVOR Solar Panel Cleaning Kit, 6.06 m, Water Fed Pole Kit with Cleaning Brush, Soap Dispenser, Extendable Aluminum Telescopic Pole, 180° Rotatable Brush Head, for Roof Mounted Solar Panels, Windows

I've used it for washing windows along with a water de-ionizing unit. They worked very well together. It is long enough to reach second story windows. adjustable pole was very secure. Soap dispenser runs out imediately. Did not like that part. But, the de-ionized water drys spotless.

I recently experienced an issue where my order's shipping label was printed, but the package was never actually handed over to the courier. When I reached out to Vevor customer support, they replied very quickly and initially asked me to wait a couple more days. After double-checking directly with the courier, I confirmed they had never received the parcel. Once I reported this back, Vevor quickly issued a full refund. While the shipping delay was frustrating, I appreciate their fast communication and how smoothly they handled the refund process. Thank you This review is for customer service

Conforme à mes attentes et bon produit

parfait

Sehr schnelle Lieferung, prima Produkt.

Merci
