How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Shipped quickly and is working great. Installed on a six foot bush hog. Have run it several hours working around the edges of the woods clearing out a fire lane.

Not yet used as I ordered the wrong item, but that's on me. I re-ordered the correct slip clutch and it came in quickly.

Would like to rate it, but never received item. Had shipping protection so got refunded, but never got refunded the extra the shipping protection says they give for delayed delivery. Had to order from another vendor, that one is working fine.
