I liked the product until I tried to use. It was to big for my bathtub. The Idea behind it was great. Now I have something I paid $111 for and probably can't get $75 out of it.

El producto parece robusto y de buena calidad, y transmite buenas sensaciones una vez montado. Sin embargo, en nuestro caso no nos ha servido debido a la forma de la bañera. Nuestra bañera no tiene bordes interiores rectos, lo que impide que la silla pueda desplazarse completamente hasta el interior. Al no llegar hasta el fondo, la silla queda descentrada y no puede utilizarse correctamente. Creemos que sería muy útil que en la descripción del producto se indicaran claramente los anchos mínimos necesarios para que la silla pueda entrar completamente en la bañera, algo que desde atención al cliente nos han confirmado que tendrán en cuenta. Es una lástima, porque nos parecía una muy buena solución para nuestro problema, pero en bañeras con formas interiores curvas o sin bordes rectos, o sin un mínimo de anchura interior suficiente, puede no ser compatible.

Para nosotros es de una gran ayuda para el servicio de que necesitamos

Works great and does the job. Only complaint is I wish it would slide side to side a little smoother. I even tried adding a waterproof lubricant and it’s still feels rough.

Je me suis trompée en l' achetant. Je voulais que le siège pivote et hélas, ce n'est pas le cas. Mea culpa. Sinon, de bonne qualité, livraison très rapide, montage aisé. Ce n'est pas encore ce que je voulais mais ça fait le job, permettre à mon père de pénétrer dans la baignoire. Ça soulage les infirmières.

I had a total knee replacement and this chair helped me get in and out of our tub And it adjusted high enough, we have a bigger tub and u needed the height

Sitting here with an almost completely assembled sliding shower and realizing the back support is broken and won’t be safe for my mother to use. I would greatly appreciate a replacement as this was an expensive purchase that arrived today and is defective. Just the back piece will do. You see my dilemma one side has the push button to secure it and the other side does not.

DO NOT BUY anything on this website. I bought a chair that didn't work as I was expecting, and I simply want to return. There is no way to do it. Do you have to request and they simply don't approve it.
