I really wish I had gone with the other rolling cart option that features a lidded box. This product arrived with multiple issues. First, one of the screws had damaged threads, forcing me to file them down just to get the nut to fit. Even worse, the seat cover arrived with a visible cut. The assembly process was an ordeal. The instructions desperately need a rewrite — for example, they fail to mention that the backrest has a specific up and down orientation (one side has recessed screw holes while the other is completely straight). To make things harder, the hardware kit uses a frustrating mix of different nut and screw-head sizes instead of standardizing them, and the included tools are completely useless, screw driver broke. I ended up using my own tools. Once assembled, the design flaws continued. The backrest has zero padding — it is just unpadded fabric with storage pockets. Furthermore, the seating area is incredibly tight. For anyone with a larger, broader athletic build (I am 6’3”), you will find it cramped and I may need to remove the hand rests entirely just to sit comfortably. I usually trust this brand for its great balance of price and quality, but this particular item fell way short. I regret this purchase and wish I had bought the alternative model instead.

The seat rotates very loosely on its threaded shaft, the handle extends and contracts but will not lock in any single position, and it is not very maneuverable among the 30" pathways between my garden beds. Since it is built like a conventional wagon, I thought it would work like one. It doesn't. This rolling workseat makes a lovely decoration in my garden, but it isn't very practical.

Given that the seat is rated for 400 lbs, if you are calorically challenged, you will not fit in the seat if you attach the handles. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Weight support

Super fast shipping. Assembly instructions leave a lot to be desired. Someone with limited mechanical ability would never get it assembled. One piece (storage tray) was incorrect for unit (wouldn’t fit) and it was assembled without it. Unable to reach support or even chat to attempt a resolution!!!’
