Works as advertised. We have it on a farm and is fairly durable. Extended and retracted several times daily. Female end turns so it is difficult to tighten attachments. Smallest 5/8 I've ever seen. Had to purchase new female end due to turning when attaching shut off. Had to purchase 1/2" replacement.

Works as intended. Make sure water is drained from hose prior to retraction. Works much better. Seems to have good internal mechanisms.

This reel is nice, but don't overextend it. It can be difficult to get it to draw back in fully afterward. The quick connect included only attaches to the one nozzle though, not both.

All is good, but missing the pin so that it can swivel on my hose reel. The pin was not in the package.

Haven’t used it yet since I is winter. Installed the bracket, everything else looks fine.Not into frozen hoses!

Easy install. Works well extending the hose. When retracting the hose, you need to help guide it on the spool keeping it in the center of the spool. Otherwise , it will bunch up on the side and stop. Hose tends to kink when extended (5/8” hose) and cut off water.

Used it all summer with no problems but doesn't seem to be as well built as other vevor products but time will tell. Great price no complaints.

I would recommend for residential use not commercial the whole time at her of 5/8 is ideal for good flow need a 3/4 in connection make sure to have a solid base to Anchor the boat concrete ideal or brick if in Wood use proper attachment

Great product hose diameter could be better for flow. Retractable feature works great! Length is perfect. Mount worked great on 4x4 post.
