Customer Reviews for VEVOR Retractable Hose Reel Water Hose Reel 35m x 1.3cm 180° Swivel Wall-Mounted

It is super easy to set up and is a good product overall my only wise was that you had the option of hose diameter the 1/2in hose cuts down the pressure which im not to fond of but can live with.

Connector and nozzles are poor quality

Grate value for the price. Disappointed that the support pin is plastic instead of metal. With the weight of the reel I expect that eventually will bind or bent.

So far I am very happy with this hose. It eady pretty easy to pull out and it goes back in great. I am thinking of getting one for my other 2 faucets.

I have several vevor products and like them all, great prices and have had no issues with any of them.

Overall, the hose reel is great, the retracting mechanism works well. The hose itself is pretty thin, but this is likely because it needs to be able to reel up 100 feet into the space available, so it cannot be too heavy duty. One thing to note is that while the wall bracket is metal and very sturdy, the hose reel back itself (where it connects) is plastic. This results in the hose reel sagging a bit towards the front of the reel (due to weight) making it uneven on the wall.

I absolutely love this water hose, it's so easy to just grab it and pull it to where you need it then with just a little pull it winds itself up. I strongly recommend spending the extra $$ for the 5/8 one, I got the 84 foot one and it's plenty long for what I use it for. It's a well made unit too.

Unit was easy to mount and has plenty of hose length. The nozzle had some plastic flashing on the spray port which deflected the strem but once removed was fine.

I first purchased the 145 foot hose reel. That works amazing. Because of the length I pull out the entire needed length prior to watering. When I needed a second hose reel to replace a 100ft pocket hose (which worked great but a wood sliver punctured it) I immediately looked to Vevor. Ordered the 100 ft hose and reel. This hose is of different material than the 145 foot. I can reel it out as I walk to water. This hose kinks easily which when out almost 100 feet and realizing no water to see a kink in the hose 90 feet back is very upsetting. As far as it reeling and unreeling, that is flawless. And this one came with a thumb control sprayer instead of a hand grip. Best improvement for those with arthritis.

I love the hose reel part but the nozzle already broke and the second nozzle they sent I needed to buy ann additional snap in part in order for it to snap onto the hose.
