How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

JTRBuilders Very happy
Bought it in the spring of 2026, love it. Would buy again for sure. Spray nozzle broke 1st of August, but that’s no biggie.

sarah111 Great for the elderly!!
This retractable hose is wonderful. It keeps my body stable to I can no longer fall from having to pull on it to unwind and then roll up again. It's a real life saver for the elderly. Definitely would recommend to anyone.
