Customer Reviews for VEVOR Retractable Hose Reel Water Hose Reel 35m x 1.3cm 180° Swivel Wall-Mounted

Solid unit. Well worth the money. Had a problem with spray head leaking but customer service was great about solving the problem.

After years of complaining about other reels finally something that works at a fair price

Amazing but get the 80’ footer 5/8 its got better pressure enjoy

So far we are quite pleased with this item.i believe this item was around $60 or $70 at the time of purchase. We are happy with the results per the price point so far. The retracting hose reel is still working perfectly although I recommend shutting the water off when performing this action. I have mounted this hose under my patio roof. The patio is partially enclosed as well so the hose reel is not exposed to the elements. I would be curious to know how this item holds up in the summer weather. It also easily comes off its permanent mount for winter storage. I recommend this item for people who need to use their garden hose frequently. We use it to water our plants, herbs, and veggies several times a day.

Easy to install and use. Works well as advertised

After extensive research, I chose the Vevor retractable hose due to its competitive and positive reviews, and I have not been disappointed. The installation process was straightforward and took approximately 10 minutes, including unboxing. Pulling out hose is effortless, and the retraction force is excellent; just follow the instructions and guide the hose back carefully to avoid damaging the mechanism. The only drawback is the spray gun's quality, which feels cheap and tends to drip slightly. However, this was not a significant issue for me as I already owned a high-quality spray gun made of metal, which was easy to replace. Although I noticed this product being heavily advertised on social media, I opted to purchase directly from the company to simplify the warranty. With the vouchers available on the company's website, the price was not significantly different. Overall, it is an excellent product that eliminates the hassle of manually pulling out and winding up the hose, saving both time and effort.

I have had the reel about 2 months. Love it. I would definitely buy it again. Nor more bending over rolling up a hose

Great product. Was easy to install. Works just as described. Made my wife Happy

I was hesitant and uncertain about buying this hose. There are so many competitors in this market segment and I no longer trust reviews. I purchase two different models and installed them in minutes. I had no idea as to their quality and reliability but I can report that they are great; both quality and price. They are incredible and will save me from the cost and frustration of using and replacing normal hose. This is a must buy.

So easy to install and use. No more rolling up hose.
