Customer Reviews for VEVOR Rattan Shoe Cabinet, 6-Pair Shoe Organizer, 2 Flip Drawers, Slim for Entryway, Hallway and Living Room, Freestanding Narrow Shoes Wooden Rack, with 36 kg Top Surface and Tip-Over Restraint

Nice shoe cabinet. Seems to be well constructed. The printed instructions were some of the worst I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. This cabinet should have taken around 30 minutes to assemble but due to the horrible instructions, it took several hours. Some steps were missing so I often had to disassemble some parts to pick up a step that was necessary for the assembly but no wear identified in the instructions. Two stars off for the instructions and assembly.

This works awesome for my kids and my shoes, but my husbands shoes do not fit unless we turn them sideways which takes up a lot more space. Overall I’m happy with it, but wish the design considered mens sizes 10+ when building it. Putting together wasn’t hard but time consuming.

It’s an okay product. The top drawer is super flimsy and Low quality for the price. Drawer doesn’t stay in place and just moves everywhere. Shoe rack sections doesn’t hold boots or thicker shoes.

This order was very upsetting to me. 1. I ordered this item and right away I contact their customer support to double check if would have any customs to be paid when ordered from Norway, they guaranteed it would not be charged anything extra. So when it arrived about 30€ of customs to be paid . It means the item is 100€ and not 80€. 2. The picture is misleading it does not fit 6 shoes but only 4. I wear 36Eu . It was very frustrating but it is aesthetically pleasing. If you live in NORWAY I do not recommend to buy anything from VEVOR. 3. I tried to submit a photo of the real product but it does not allow me.

The product seems to be good quality, I may have received a reconditionned one since some wood plaster have been used to hide a few minor dammages - nothing really bad really except I can put more than 3 stars cause the handles are missing...

The assembly directions were great. I like the way it looked. I went to move it and the top came off.

came scratched and marks on wood. Colour of rattan was different from picture. Customer service were quick to respond and promised to send replacement pieces. These got lost. Steer clear.
