How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Amazon Customer Cute but doesn't last
4 Pieces Black Velvet
Very aesthetic but cheaper quality, only had for about 5 months and the rattan material on the back is coming out, which pokes my back. Not sure if this is just was is expected with rattan but I feel like the quality could be better to make it sturdy.

Diana Clare Sturdy attractive chair
1 Pack Burlywood Fabric Art
A good sturdy chair made from attractive materials and good value for money. I struggled to put it together by myself (I am a petite 68-yr-old lady) and would recommend that buyers who are not experienced in this type of assembly get some assistance.
