Nothing exciting about cutting and threading pipe when using these tools. It is easy to pull a good thread for a clean, tight fitting. It does take skill to be sure the tool is square to the pipe. It also requires a heavy duty, well secured vise to hold the pipe.

This ratchet pipe threader did a great job! Hard to beat this price too! Had to rethread a water pipe after it broke off in concrete.

Great tool for the price. Worked as it should and quality was great. I only used the 1/2 inch die, but it was sharp and the ratchet worked great.

exactly as advertised - NPT dies, so not the BPT we see in Australia, but the pitch is the same. For some applications it may not matter as much (great lashings of teflon tape and pipe dope), and for my purposes it worked well. - very solid tool - need to match with a decent pipe vise.
