How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Sturdy and Secure
Bought after my wife had a hip replacement. Has proved to be a godsend. Easy to assemble, safe, sturdy, secure and has made my wife's adjustment to our home far easier than it may have been. Highly recommended. Excellent value for money

Quality of plastic is poor.
Bought it last month for elongated toilet. Adjustment know in front broke while tightening it, and legs are unstable. Glad we are lightweight enough to not fall put of it so far because we are in our 80s. Very disappointed.
