Los soportes tienen una mecha interior algo corta que lo hace algo inestable y se dobla con facilidad, el manual solo en inglés y en ningún sitio explica cómo reducir tamaño por si se necesita montar en espacios más ajustado a la medida que trae hay que poner imaginación y tijeras, pero para el precio que tiene tampoco se puede pedir milagros, recomiendo guardar factura de compra a tratarse de un elemento de seguridad que deberá cumplir unas normas.

Just what I was looking for to add security around the pool for the grandkids gives you peace of mind knowing that the kids are safe

I thought it was 4×12ft like is says in the description and was like "woah! Bargain!"... But it's 1×12ft (with 4 sectioned areas), or 4×3ft. So I've had to buy more and won't have it arrive in time for when I need it. Easy as set up though, and am happy with it. Just wish the description was a little clearer for ma little braino so I didn't have to go well over budget and had it all ready in time.

Worst customer support ever, email only, still haven't resolved my issue and it's been over a month and several emails, I just gave up a went to another source.

I may have if we would have received the product. Fed ex in Bham Al said the box shipped was empty. So no I don’t like the product. My grandbabies might have loves this because it meant they could go outside. See they are twins with cp. both. One s autistic and non verbal.

Je suis dans le délai de renvoi et le service client n existe pas puisque le numéro n est pas attribué ,ainsi que les mails, j ai effectué la demande sur le site pas de réponse depuis une semaine Je pense que je vais déposer une plainte auprès de la répression des fraudes

NEVER REVIEVED THE ITEMS....DISASTER

Got to put around pool, material seems of quality but it does not stay up. I’d prob have to spend quite a bit more to try and anchor it into the ground, as the cheap short plastic anchors they provide are not long enough to provide stability in a soft ground. The slightest bump into it sends it down. It’s Now snowing in PA where simply snowing made walls fall in toward pool. It’s the Worst couple hundred bucks spent.
