The pallet forks were easy to assemble and use. Worked well other than they can turn out of alignment. The spreader bar should have a locking bolt on both sides. Also the spacer that goes under the bucket should be placed under the heavy bolt.

The pallet fork works fine. Very easy to put on and take off. Quality is what I would expect for the price. I was actually sent the wrong item when I ordered this. I got sent the 2000 lb version instead of the 4000lb version I ordered. No big deal because the 4000 lb would have been overkill anyway. I let customer service know and asked them to just refund the difference between the two. No big deal. Customer service asked for info to verify what I was sent. Then the said they verified that the warehouse did in fact send the wrong item and offered to refund about $15 less than what the price difference was. When I questioned it, they would not tell me why they wouldn't refund the full difference and then they pulled that offer and said I would need to return the item for a full refund. They did offer to cover shipping. Since I was expecting this to not be a problem, I had started using the forks. When I told them I had already used them, at that point they offered to refund the full price difference. Why that didn't happen from the get go is beyond me. Probably won't order from here again because I don't want to waste my time.

Fairly sturdy. I only need something to keep the rear tires on the ground when the front forks are loaded. This will work fine, and the price is far better than building it myself.

The clamping system is definitely the weak point. They constantly work loose and you have to constantly tighten them. Welding on one defective.

Don't hold onto angled bucket, had to retrofit myself.

The forks will hold the 4000 lbs but the clamping mechanism will not.

Not very useful without cross member bracing, the forks just splay apart. Clamp bolt does not hold forks, loose very easily,

pallet forks do not hold half the weight they say they will. mine bent and been trying to get a refund for a week processed
