Tent support bracket bent within 24 hours of putting up the bike tent causing one side of the tent to collapse. After two weeks of trying to resolve the issue I gave up. Last conversation I had with them they stated we are refunding your purchase price and sending a replacement tent. Neither happened. I had orginally purchased two identical bike tents yet one had zippered doors and the other Velcro. The second tent recently failed as well. They might be "water proof" but structurally they fold and collapse all by themselves. The second suffered an identical failure of the aluminum bracket that joins the top support poles with the vertical side support poles.

Very dissatisfied with this bike tent! Bought it a while ago and the flexible rods need to be forced so much that the aluminum part bent and broke. The tent collapsed and tore from the stress of having the remaining rods forcing it while it was down. Threw my hard earned money away. Disappointing.

Not worth it. We are going to do major rebuilding and needed a temporary shelter for our bicycles. I knew that this tent was temporary, having to last a year. I knew i bought cheap and the quality would be in line with the price. Observations: english manual needs review. With three people who has camped often, set up was difficult. One pole bend during erection - this is a design flaw where all the force rest on a thin metal coupling. Extra eyelets without clear use - i used it to stabilise and shape the tent. Stitching ov a low low quality. The design will collapse during rain, and be destroyed by snow. Better to buy a dome tent than this upright walled,and dome construction. I build this as instructed, it leaked constantly. The zips we sealed but water kept getting in. Through the seems maybe. I had it raised off the ground on paving slabs and water condensation/leaking pooled in the bottom. I eventually threw it out. It's not weather proof as advertised. Mold formed inside and I had to throw out the contexts too. Unfortunately I bought two of them.

This broke the second day I had it up. I have been fighting to get a return for almost two weeks. I would not recommend this product unless you like to throw your money away
