Product looks good but in 2 days started getting rust marks at few places. Locking mechanism too tight. Price is a bit too high

Absolutlely hopeless -- I had a problem with a broken door lock all I wanted was a replacement. 2 days talking with and AI person- no idea what I was talking about. example - I said go to catalogue box description, is there large as life - AI had no hope just repeating the same mantra in a dozen different forms. I gave up in the end - no point in going on. I have spent a lot of money over last couple of years maybe I should start looking for another supplier. What a waste of time -- AIman needs to apply for a real job.

The product itself is well built and the quality of the steel electrical box is very good. However, the major issue is that this box does not appear to have the required North American certification, such as CSA or UL. We installed these boxes on a project, but during inspection the inspector did not approve the installation because the boxes were not certified for use in North America. As a result, we had to remove the entire installation, purchase new certified electrical boxes, and reinstall everything. This caused significant delays and made the installation cost us almost double. This product may be suitable for markets where its existing certification is accepted, but for Canada and the United States it needs proper CSA, UL, or other recognized North American certification. If VEVOR wants to sell this product in North America, they should clearly state the certification status and obtain the proper approvals required for electrical inspections. The box is good quality, but without North American certification, it can create serious problems for contractors and customers.

Considering that we ordered 13 and only received 4, (can't get anyone from Customer Service to respond, have submitted two cases regarding the remaining 9 that are still reflecting the same shipment status as May 2nd and it is now 12 days later and we continue receiving the same BOT messages) I guess the boxes aren't too bad. When you actually receive them.

The seal didn't come with the box. I need the now!

The enclosure is overall nice and very sturdy. It’s very heavy, has a good backplate, and the powder coat paint seems good. If 50 lbs is too heavy, look elsewhere. Unfortunately, both boxes sent to me had sagging doors that could not be adjusted. I contacted customer service and did not have a good experience, so consider not being able to rely of their “free returns” advertising when you make your decision. Note that there is a newer model of this enclosure also being sold that has a different door design, a larger opening on the bottom, a rain cover, and upgraded locks for not a whole lot more. I’d skip this one and go for the other.
