Very poor policy and customer service.
I tried to change my order because I missed the one with the caster. It feels unsafe without the caster, but unfortunately, there is no way to go back to it to change it, and it is very difficult to return the product, and I still have not opened the box. I just have to be careful when buying at this store from now on. Because their policy says "you cannot exchange or buy additional parts unless you buy a new one with it." No, I don't recommend this product and their policy.

1100 lb lift jack
my bike that ways just over 400 lbs with no problem. In fact the jack was so easy to raise up I was able to turn the crank lever by my foot while balancing the bike.
Tried lifting a Harley Sportster 883 that weighs over 600 lbs with no issue. However, I noticed the lift wasn't lifting the bike evenly. The front shaft that moves on the bottom plate when the lift is raised started to go at an angle. The holes that you insert the safety pin in didn't line up. I'm not sure if the weight of the bike had anything to do with the front shaft lifting at a angle or the lift didn't like the location where it was on the bike. I lowered the bike to see if there was a problem with the lift but it looked normal. I relocated the lift to another lifting point and same issue. Although it didn't look right the lift held up the bike with no problem.
I didn't notice anything wrong when I lifted the 400 lb bike.
All in all it worked but I not sure if will be an issue next time I need to use it.

Well it looked like it was too good to be true. And I will say overall it will function as intended for the most part unfortunately I can't strap the straps down because the strap ring was cracked at the weld. There's a lot of crooked Welds as well. Overall though I suppose it'll function. Several days ago I went to the company's website to tell this information to them and upload pictures. They sent me two messages and neither one of them were actually responding they just said hold on we're looking into it. And then when you try to upload pictures on this review it says you can only do two megabyte pictures which don't even exist anymore. But I'm going to try to scale them down and you should see them in this review.

The price is right for a stand like this and it works well and has good features for the price. The biggest problem comes with the hydraulic jack installed on the lift. The jack lowering knob turns difficult and needs to be quite tight to seal correctly. The next problem is when going to jack it up it leaks internally and lowers almost as fast as it elevates. I noticed if I release the foot actuated lift lever quickly it seems to not leak down as if it has an internal check valve that is sticking sometimes. Overall I like the lift and am going to use the heck out of it. It just would be nice if the jack part had a little more quality control and wasn’t so finicky.

Won’t fit under 2017 HD Road Glide

I do not recall them, providing the clearance needed below the bike in their ad. This became a problem for me. The jack was about 1/2 inch taller than the clearance needed to roll it under the bike. I am using a 1 inch piece of board under the kickstand to allow for clearance of the jack. Not ideal, but it works.
Sorry, tried to attach some IPhone photos and apparently they were the wrong size. Maybe they can fix that along with the clearance for the jack?

Vector motorkrik

Deze is zwaar genoeg maar niet geschikt voor alle motoren.
Bij een Vespa GTS ligt de motor tegen de achterwiel als je hem omhoog lift dan kantelt de Vespa naar achter. Risico op kantelen van de Vespa.

Motorcycle jack

Unless your motorcycle sits higher than a Harley Sportster you'll have to use another jack to get this one under it. Otherwise it's a sturdy unit and with the straps I was able to move it around. A good value for the price.

It's decent but needs larger wheels. The smallest of pebbles in a garage usually prevents the lift from turning or rolling freely with a load on it.

Nice concept but when I lift my bike it rocks back and forth pretty bad .Hard to trust it up in air

Needs some improvement
Build quality on its own is quite ok. Price vs quality is very high. Some design errors make it difficult to use though.
First is the fit of the lift within the tray. There is too much room/ play on both sides of the lift within the tray causing the lift to slide in de tray itself. I solved this by putting pieces of wood on both sides to make sure the lift is snug in the tray.
Second are the choices of the wheels. These are fully made out of cast iron. This makes them sturdy, but extremely difficult to roll under load on a non super flat surface. PU wheels would have been the more logical choice.
Third is the lack of bearings in the wheels. Combined with the cast iron wheels, this makes it even more difficult to get the wheels rolling when the lift is loaded. (Which is the whole point of the wheeled tray right).
