I am unable to assemble my purchase from VEVOR as it is missing 12 pieces of hardware that they are yet to send me after almost 2 months of my purchase's arrival. Their customer service system is absolutely ridiculous as all they do is make excuses for the delay and apologize.

I bought 7 of these garden beds. I was not happy with the quality. I sent a request to return them for refund. Vevor offered me to keep them and do a partial refund. It has been over 3 months that I am chasing them for the refund. Customer service takes 5 days to respond, they seem to be very nice but they do not stand to what they claim. They have left me no choice to do the following: -Write this review -Contact BC consumer office -contact my credit card company to get the credit with the evidence that I have from Vevor.

Shipping was late by 4 days insurance did nothing neither did any of your company employees. They said they would contact me to tell me what was going on with my order and they never did until after I received my order so they can close their case. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend buying from your company this product was for a client and because of your late delivery I lost money good luck to anyone who buys from here.

The only downside is that it takes a while to put together. It's like an hour or more you'll never get back.to many pieces

The planters look great once assembled and appear to be the quality I expected for the price. Unfortunately, several panels arrived scratched and damaged. I contacted customer support to resolve the issue, but they would not replace the damaged panels. After some back-and-forth, they offered a partial refund. It wasn’t worth the additional effort to continue pursuing, so I accepted the credit and moved on.

Raised garden beds are too thin to hold dirt properly (I only filled top half with dirt, bottom half with straw and shredded cardboard.. sides bulging out, the screw heads are pulling through their holes. I had. Hoped for better quality but it’s vevor so left disappointed again.. I will likely have to reinforce the joints . Not recommending this product at all in the large 4 x 8 ft bed… might be ok in the 2 ft width , less weight etc… I bought 4 , should have started with one.., Now have a potential serious problem if the seems open up completely…

Looks ok but came with more screws than wing nuts…. Couldn’t finish building it without going to buy more bolts and wing nuts

The shell quality is okay but the braces did not fit at all and are useless.

The finished product looks fine but a thin plastic coating needed to be peeled off each sheet of metal which took a lot of time. I also felt the metal was too thin to support a full box of dirt so I ended up building wood boxes to fit inside. But it looks OK ow that it’s all done.
