We use these lockers in our massage and wellness room, and they work great. They give therapists and guests a secure, organized place to store their personal belongings while using the space. They’re sturdy, practical, and the individual keys are very convenient. Very happy with the purchase!

These lockers are wonderful. We now have 6 sets of them at our schools. The teachers love them and they are easy to assemble. They are.very well made and customer service is excellent when we need replacement keys or locks.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Vevor. It has been nearly 10 days since my order was delivered, and my concerns remain unresolved. The shipment arrived with only one component of the product and did not include an instruction manual. As a result, the item could not be assembled. After locating the assembly instructions online, it became clear that the shipment is missing numerous essential components, including multiple sets of screws, bolts, and assembly tools required to build the product. This item was purchased for business use and was expected to be operational by now. Unfortunately, customer support has been unhelpful throughout this process. I have been asked to identify each missing part, despite not receiving an instruction manual or complete parts list with the shipment. To assist, I provided photos of the items I did receive so customer service could determine what was missing through comparison, but no meaningful resolution has been offered. At this point, I have requested to return the item for a full refund because I would prefer to purchase from a company with more reliable products and customer service. However, I have yet to receive instructions or authorization to complete the return. I would advise potential customers to use caution when purchasing from Vevor based on this experience. If this matter is not resolved within the next few days, I will be disputing the charge through my company's credit card issuer and requesting a refund due to the incomplete shipment and lack of resolution.

Very poor build quality. One panel arrived bent out of shape and working on assembly, can see why - panels so thin that putting in the screws damages it.

very small, been trying to return them for over 2 weeks and have gotten no help. they are more for kids than adults
