The item was received damaged. I notified them with pictures. They replied back the next day that I needed to take it out of the plastic wrap and take more pictures. I did that and received a replay back in a day or two. They offered me a credit or refund of $36, the item was unusable. Even if I wanted to mount it to a butcher block, it would have cost more than that, plus my time and work. I told them to issue a full refund. I retuned the item, it was delivered on 10/1/2026. I have still not received a refund, or notification it is even being processed. I guess I will have to turn it in as fraud. Don't do business with this company.

I purchased a VEVOR sausage stuffer and discovered a serious issue with the pressure-release valve on the plunger plate. VEVOR’s own instruction manual clearly shows that this valve assembly should have a removable screw, washer, spring and valve cap, allowing it to be disassembled and cleaned after use. However, the valve on the machine I received has no screw whatsoever. It appears to be permanently attached to the plunger plate, making it impossible to remove and clean properly. Because this equipment is used with raw meat, being unable to clean inside and around the valve is a genuine hygiene concern. Meat residue could become trapped inside the mechanism, creating a potential place for bacterial growth. I contacted VEVOR and provided a detailed explanation, photographs of my valve and a photograph of their own manual. Their response was simply: “You can clean it by using a tool to remove the metal plate on top.” That response completely ignored the problem. There is no removable screw or accessible plate on my valve, which was the entire reason I contacted them. It was obvious that nobody had properly read my message or examined the photographs. Nearly two days after reporting the issue, I still have not received any meaningful assistance, proper cleaning instructions, a replacement plunger plate or a refund. I have asked VEVOR to either provide the correct replacement part or issue a full refund. The product I received does not match the assembly shown in VEVOR’s own manual, and the customer service has been extremely poor and dismissive. I cannot recommend this sausage stuffer while such a basic food-safety concern remains unresolved. I will update this review if VEVOR eventually provides a satisfactory solution.

Bonjour, suite à la réception du colis je tenais à vous informer que l'article est endommagé au niveau de son socle qui est voilé. On voit bien qu'il y a eu un choc, mais le carton n'est pas endommagé ni le polystyrène à l'intérieur. Ce doit donc être un défaut datant de la fabrication. Je vous joins quelques photos afin que vous puissiez voir les dommages, malheureusement ayant vraiment besoin de l'article je ne peux le renvoyer et vais donc le réparer moi-même...

Internal gear tooth broke with first use.

This looked great, but the gear mechanism does not function straight out of the box. Not having much luck getting customer service to contact me to discuss options. Currently can’t use it for sausage day, feeling disappointed.

Missing the handle in the first one I bought and tried to contact several times to get a replacement but could never get in contact with anyone. Had to buy another to get one complete. Customer service sucks
