Ladder stabilizer
Adjustable Foot Length
Package came missing parts, instead of a $27 refund I had it reshipped. 14 days and it shows as delayed a half hour from my house. Customer service is email only and gets lost or in a foreign language.
I would never order from vevor again. I get faster better service from Temu!!! But thought company would be faster, definitely NOT

Mr.
Adjustable Foot Length
The product is substantial, but is heavier than it needs to be. It makes ladder handling more difficult.
Also, there is no flexibility, if the L-buckle does not fit the rung.
Contacting manufacturer’s customer service was disappointing, basically you are on your own.
I needed the L-buckles to be remachined to fit a popular well know ladder. Customer service was NO help!

Parts included might not be right.
Fixed Stand
I mainly bought this because I like the concept with the use of the U bolts, but U Bolts don't line up with holes. About 1/2\" off. I haven't purchased any new ones yet to try the product out. It looks like it's the right idea. Not being a contractor or person who uses a ladder too often, I don't like that the manual doesn't tell you very much. Instructions to actually use it should be included. It's hard to find YouTube videos for this model. I will keep it though.

Pass
2-in-1 Version
Poor build quality. Very heavy for the end of the ladder, thus less safe overall.

Time Consuming to Assemble
Simple Fixed
The product is fine, but the setup is terrible. It took forever to get U-lock and lock nut to connect. You cannot hand tight the lock nut to the U-lock. I had to use a socket to get it tighten. It needs to be easier to assemble. Will not buy again.

Could be better ....
Simple Fixed
I got this instead of adjustable design because I didn't like the way the adjustable model's width was not as wide as the simple model and it sticks out forward too much. I do like the adjustable model's easy to adjust knobs instead of simple model's nut and unnecessarily long bolt that was pain to put on and even more pain to remove if you have to adjust it. If you could put an easy to adjust knob on the simple design, it would be a sure-fire winner. Both simple and adjustable models need a revision in its design to work better.
