It's decent but needs larger wheels. The smallest of pebbles in a garage usually prevents the lift from turning or rolling freely with a load on it.

Nice concept but when I lift my bike it rocks back and forth pretty bad .Hard to trust it up in air

Build quality on its own is quite ok. Price vs quality is very high. Some design errors make it difficult to use though. First is the fit of the lift within the tray. There is too much room/ play on both sides of the lift within the tray causing the lift to slide in de tray itself. I solved this by putting pieces of wood on both sides to make sure the lift is snug in the tray. Second are the choices of the wheels. These are fully made out of cast iron. This makes them sturdy, but extremely difficult to roll under load on a non super flat surface. PU wheels would have been the more logical choice. Third is the lack of bearings in the wheels. Combined with the cast iron wheels, this makes it even more difficult to get the wheels rolling when the lift is loaded. (Which is the whole point of the wheeled tray right).

Product came damaged. Took what I thought was a long time to replace it as I had bought extra shipping insurance. Product is ok. The replacement process less so !

I tried to change my order because I missed the one with the caster. It feels unsafe without the caster, but unfortunately, there is no way to go back to it to change it, and it is very difficult to return the product, and I still have not opened the box. I just have to be careful when buying at this store from now on. Because their policy says "you cannot exchange or buy additional parts unless you buy a new one with it." No, I don't recommend this product and their policy.

my bike that ways just over 400 lbs with no problem. In fact the jack was so easy to raise up I was able to turn the crank lever by my foot while balancing the bike. Tried lifting a Harley Sportster 883 that weighs over 600 lbs with no issue. However, I noticed the lift wasn't lifting the bike evenly. The front shaft that moves on the bottom plate when the lift is raised started to go at an angle. The holes that you insert the safety pin in didn't line up. I'm not sure if the weight of the bike had anything to do with the front shaft lifting at a angle or the lift didn't like the location where it was on the bike. I lowered the bike to see if there was a problem with the lift but it looked normal. I relocated the lift to another lifting point and same issue. Although it didn't look right the lift held up the bike with no problem. I didn't notice anything wrong when I lifted the 400 lb bike. All in all it worked but I not sure if will be an issue next time I need to use it.

This lift was exactley what I was looking for. I used it only twice and lifted approx 30 - 35 kg both times. But there was a leak of oil from the bottom of the cylinder and I couldn't use the lift. Contacted support. After some investigating I was first offered to get a new sealing ring but I don't know how to do the replacement since I do not have the skill to repair hydraulics and asked support to send me a complete lifting cylinder, that's is quite easy to do. Instead i was offered 739 SEK which I decline. I wrote that I want a complete cylinder but they will not send any due to logistic (which I don't believe in). Next step was to offer me 1439 SEK and I declined since I will have a new complete cylinder and they still won't send me a new one. Finally I was offered 2429 SEK (all money back) and they will still refuse to send me a new cylinder. I gave up and took the offer. Now a have an useless lift and I will take it to the scrap yard.

The threaded rod stripped out within a few months of order, only lifting 600 pounds. It was rated for 1000 which was disappointing for the price.
