It's strong, and compact so it doesn't take up much room. However, the hydraulic jack is positioned in way that makes it difficult to install the foot pedal. Once you get pass that the lift table is easy to use the casters are a great way to keep the table secured. On a negative note, after 1 day of use it is leaking oil (didn't let me attach a picture), I’m hoping this is just a mistake on our end, perhaps didn’t tighten something up. I will be contacting customer service to get this resolved as soon as possible as we hope to use this long term.

We use it for sanding Kiln sides, to keep from constant bending over and getting backaches. The higher you go the rockier it gets so we added some adjustable outriggers. But it preforms as it should, good product. I gave it 4 stars because of the flex as you go higher.

The lift seems solid. Casters were a pain to install if you have medium sized fingers. Lowering handle that uses a wire /cotter pin is loose and not the same as shown in picture. Update: Vector has reached out and I have been waiting on a response the last few days. The Jack started leaking hydraulic fluid and the last message was do not use because of safety concerns. Are you going to replace or refund my money? Am I s.o.l? What’s going on? Update: Now they will only refund $42 see pictures. Final Update: I asked for a refund or new one and they said they would do either one. I asked for a new one and it took less than a week, no leaks

Lift is awesome but the caster wheels lock doesn't work and I have tried six different times to get them replaced and VEVOR just keeps giving the run around

I had high hopes for the VEVOR Hydraulic Jack, but unfortunately, it fell short in several key areas. The hardware is cheap and bolts/nuts for wheels broke and stripped out, and the wheels don’t lock, which makes positioning it more frustrating than it should be. The jack only starts lifting in the last half-inch of the pull, despite having a very long handle stroke — this makes the process inefficient and tiring. That said, once it’s fully lifted, it does feel stable and fairly sturdy.

Qualité très médiocre, matériel assez faible, tout bouge dans tous les sens même en ayant serré tous les boulons, le cric est instable et la pédale ainsi que la molette pour le faire descendre sont mal mis et pas pratiques du tout. Je ne pense pas qu'il va durer dans le temps

What I liked was the promptness of delivery, the communication level of contact throughout the process. Packaging was also good. What I don’t like is the poor build quality and lack of attention to detail. When the article arrived, was unpacked and assembled, there were parts missing. No means of securing the release shaft to its screw. Then the foot pump either didn’t raise the platform or barely worked at all. The pump was losing pressure and wouldn’t raise the platform with normal operation.. Rather than return it to the mainland from Tasmania, I took a look at what might be causing the problem. Here is what I found.. The screw on the release valve seemed to work ok but the foot pump shaft itself seemed very loose in its mount. The problem was in the thread fitting guide nut which screwed into the base plate and through which the plunger passed was loose and had been jammed very tight, probably to compensate for the poor fitment at assembly time. Thread tape and reassembled and now it is working ok. But not great. This reflects poorly on the product and the company and proper quality control would have caught it early before becoming the customers problem. A customer should not have to carry the burden of poor workmanship upon receipt of the goods at any time. I’m scarred by this purchase and advise those considering a purchase of this model to be very suspicious of these things I mentioned above. I eventually got the jack I paid for but not without fixing its problems first.
