This valve looked just like the valve that came with my wood splitter! The only difference is my valve is on the passenger side of the wood splitter! The replacement came, and it looked like it was made for the drivers side of the wood splitter! It took me a while to get it mounted on my splitter. I had to turn the valve upside down and rearrange my hoses to the opposite side of the hydraulic valve.! So I had to readjust the handle so it was mounted to the top instead of the bottom! So maybe if you order one, you can find out which side of the wood splitter it’s supposed to be mounted on. Maybe it’ll make your job a little easier.! But other than that, it worked good!

Easy to install.

Over three cords of wood through it so far. Older yardmax splitter and it fit fine. Has the same stamping in the cast as the original but was over 200$ cheaper than OEM. For the price I could buy 3 of them vs the OEM and the OEM was made in China as well. Probably the exact same.

I had to return this because it didn’t fit my log splitter valves, however it was sturdy and seemed like a quality piece.
