How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Ajaa asiansa. Saa tehtyä letku korjauksia ja yksittäisiä letkuja virka-ajan ulkopuolella.

lake shipping
I am disappointed that you would send a damaged machine and label the shipping so the it looked like the shipper did the damage.

Arthur Oil leaks
Given that Customer Service isn't answering—and I’ve been waiting a week now, well beyond the 48 hours they claim—I hope to receive a response through this channel. The equipment is difficult to use, and the packaging is of poor quality. Furthermore, I have a unit sitting here waiting for someone to tell me what to do with it—or whether you will be sending replacement parts?
