Worked Great

Not looking to make a business making hydraulic hoses but got tire of paying premium price at the Hose stores. I have made 3 hoses so far with no issue and super easy to use. Added to $100 hydrolic air pedal to speed up the time to crimp the fittings. buy the time i repair 3 more hoses on my farm equipment, this tool will have paid for itself.

Works great verry happy with it

this unit is quite heavy, making it stable on a benchtop when used, but difficult to move around unless you are a strapping young lad. not at all friendly for us old guys with bad backs, but manageable with some forethought. when used with the included hand pump it works as expected, and is plenty good enough for making the occasional hyd hose however i would suggest an air over hydraulic pump if you have to make several hoses one after the other as pumping this thing takes a lot of effort after finishing the first hose. again maybe not so bad for a young guy with big guns (muscles) :) all in all i like this hose press, even though the manual needs improvement with added detail, one can figure it out fairly quickly. yes i would recommend this unit!

Priced rightarrived quickly looking forward to using it .

I have already save my normal cost for hydraulic hoses with one tractor. I looked into building hydraulic hoses many years ago and the equipment costs were astronomical. This brings the DIYer a lot of options. Probably wouldn’t go into business building hoses with this but it opens doors to a lot of DIYer.
